Jeremy aims to bring clarity to a noisy world. He helps busy managers cut through complexity, understand the problem they are really trying to solve and make confident decisions about what to do next. Projects often begin with an understandable rush to get moving; Jeremy helps ensure that early energy is built on the right foundations, so it translates into practical, lasting results.
He has led digital and transformation work across local government, including as Chief Information Officer at Islington, Head of ICT Strategy at Camden, and programme lead for Hackney’s post-cyber social care recovery. Along the way, he also stepped outside technology altogether to run a neighbourhood bistro in Crouch End.

As an accomplished, qualified social work practitioner, trainer, and consultant with over 25 years of experience across health and social care, her deep roots in frontline practice and management bring invaluable insight to change management, business analysis, clear policies, and service transformation.
